- The primary guest must be at least 23 years old and must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. - All guests must be disclosed on the booking and paid for in advance. A guest is any adult or child at the property, whether staying the night or visiting. No more than six (6) guests should be on the property at any time without host permission. A fee of $25 per night may be imposed for any guest who is not registered at the time of booking. - Up to two (2) cars may be parked in the driveway. Cars may be parked on the street as long as local laws/ordinances are followed. The host is not responsible for vehicles that are towed or fined. See the City of Tiffin website for street parking information. - A fee of $200 per day will be charged for smoking, vaping, or unauthorized pets on the property. - Please keep noise levels to a minimum. - No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. - A fee of $25 will be charged per hour for unapproved late checkout as we often have guests checking in the same day. - Garbage disposal is for small food remains only. Kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. - Please treat our home with respect by not wearing shoes on the carpet or allowing children to jump on the furniture. Furniture is not to be rearranged. - No illegal substances or activities of any kind are allowed in the property. - A violation of one or more of the house rules may lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.

Guests will have full access to the main level living space. The unfinished basement and garage remain locked with the owner's belongings.
